We work with specialist products, that require specialist training. As a result, we’ve invested in building and developing our own team of installers. It means that we’re not reliant on sub-contractors to deliver our work. It also means that we can manage their time to suit our client’s needs. Which is helpful when you value delivering on time.

The installer is the maintenance guy.
There’s nothing more frustrating than a maintenance guy (or gal) who doesn’t really know the product they’re dealing with. It’s especially annoying if they try to blame their issues on the installer who came before them. With Hardwood Technology, these kinds of issues are a thing of the past. All of our installers also deliver all of our maintenance work. It means they know the product and the install intimately. It also means they know exactly what to do to keep your floor looking great.
