Unobat 62+ Sprung Floor:
The sports floor for uneven subfloors
The Unobat 62+ sprung floor system, much like its counterpart Unobat 45, stands out as the go-to choice for multi-functional sports halls, from intimate leisure centres to expansive arenas. However, where the Unobat 62+ truly shines is in its adeptness to handle all forms of uneven subfloors.
The sprung floor system incorporates pre-fixed rubber pads that easily connect to a J-lock cradle or, if floor levelling is needed, a J-lock adjustable wedge. This ingenious wedge mechanism ensures that irregular subfloors are swiftly rectified to yield perfect playing surfaces.
The Unobat 62+ sprung floor system, designed for virtually every sport, boasts 22mm deep solid floor boards that anchor to the subfloor system made up of single layer engineered battens.

About Junckers Sports Floorboards
Junckers' sports floors, constructed from 100% solid hardwood, are built to endure through generations. Every floor board, crafted from two rows of staves, is interconnected via tongue and groove joints.
Remarkably stable, these floors present no issues even when humidity fluctuations are experienced annually. The drying process employed by Junckers is exceptionally thorough, ensuring the natural wood movements are well-regulated and minimized. Beech sports floors undergo a unique press drying procedure, while ash and maple sports floors are kiln dried.
One of the strengths of Junckers' floors is their readiness for use post-installation. This efficiency is credited to the floors being sealed at the factory using Junckers’ proprietary durable polyurethane lacquer.
Every single Junckers solid hardwood sports floor possesses the Danish Indoor Climate Certificate, recognizing its low emissions of organic compounds. They can also be procured with either an FSC® or PEFC™ certification.
Each floorboard spans 3700mm in length and covers roughly 0.5 m².
